How to install EnduraFlood on a 5/8" Drywall - Tutorial 220

Hello, and welcome to EnduraFlood. Most interior walls in residential homes and basements are built with one-half-inch drywall.


Occasionally, you may encounter five-eighths-inch drywall.

In this case, simply use HORI-TRIM 5/8 as the horizontal trim.


Staple it to the wooden studs and install the wall panels just as you would on a standard one-half-inch drywall installation.
