Registered Contractor Program
What is it?
EnduraFlood supports independent contractors who want to offer EnduraFlood products to their customers. The Registered Contractor Program provides training, marketing support, and access to bid invites to help you build your business. We believe in long-term working relationships because they create better results for everyone involved. For details, see the program information below.
Product Training
Participate in EnduraFlood product installation training at an EnduraFlood facility at no cost (you are responsible for your own transport, food, and lodging). Training covers EnduraFlood product installation only. It is not a substitute for the licensing, trade qualification, or jobsite safety training required in your state.
Sales Samples and Marketing Materials
You can request additional sales samples, marketing materials and showroom material to promote EnduraFlood to your customers. These materials are provided to you at no or at reduced costs.
Logo and Trademark use
Registered Contractors receive a limited, revocable license to use the EnduraFlood logo and approved trademarks in their marketing, website, and vehicle graphics, subject to the EnduraFlood Trademark Use Policy. All uses must identify your company as an independent business. You may describe yourself as an "EnduraFlood Registered Contractor" or as "trained on EnduraFlood products." You may not describe yourself as authorized by, approved by, backed by, acting on behalf of, or as an agent, dealer, branch, or representative of EnduraFlood. Trademark rights end when program participation ends.
Program Requirements
To join and remain a Registered Contractor, your company must:

Hold all contractor, home improvement, or trade licenses required in every state and municipality where you perform work

Carry general liability insurance and statutory workers' compensation coverage

Complete EnduraFlood product installation training

Notify EnduraFlood within 10 days if any license or insurance policy lapses, is suspended, cancelled, or revoked

Comply with the EnduraFlood Trademark Use Policy and Registered Contractor Guidelines
Registered Contractors are independent businesses. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or dealership relationship with EnduraFlood. You control your own pricing, scheduling, personnel, methods, and contracts with your customers. EnduraFlood does not supervise, direct, or control your work, and is not a party to any agreement between you and a property owner. You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and warranty of your workmanship.
