This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes EnduraFlood Systems LLC (“EnduraFlood,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) practices with respect to personal information collected in connection with EnduraFlood’s website located at (the “Website”), which allows users to purchase EnduraFlood products.

This Policy applies to all persons who access or use the Website. If you do not agree to the practices described in this Policy, do not access or use the Website.  



We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. In such cases, we will provide notice through the Website and/or other means.


As described in more detail below, we may collect the following categories of information about you or your use of the Website: identifiers (such as name and email address); personal information (such as physical address and telephone number); protected classification characteristics (such as your age and gender); commercial information (such as transaction data); internet or other network or device activity (such as browsing history or app usage); geolocation information (e.g., exact location or general location inferred from an IP address); inference data about you; and other information that identifies or can be reasonably associated with you.

We collect personal information in various ways, both directly and indirectly. For example, when you send us postal mail, send us email, call us, contact us on our Website, or register an account on our Website, we may collect your information directly from you. We may collect personal information directly from you or your device as follows:

  • When you register for an account, it is necessary for you to provide personal information that includes your name and email address. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information, including physical addresses, phone number, and email address. You will also create a username and password, information that on subsequent visits helps us confirm your identity and makes it easier for you to make purchases on our Website.

  • When you interact with us, including when you contact us by phone, text, email, or chat.

  • When you sign up to receive emails, including marketing communications.


We collect personal information from third-party sources.


To better understand your preferences, operate our business, and provide you with services that may be of interest to you, we may receive your personal information from the following third-parties:

  • Online social networks if you follow us on social media sites, for example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, or Youtube.  We may collect personal information when you communicate with us within the social media sites or use functionalities, plugins, widgets, or tools from social media websites or networks in connection with our Website (e.g., to log into an account, or to share content with your friends and followers on social media) or when you “Share” or “Like” our content. We think it is important to point out that if you make a post on a social media site, such as on Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube, or identify us in your social media feed by tagging us using a hashtag (#) or “at” (@), your personal information and content of our post may be publicly available and is subject to the privacy policies of those social media sites. We recommend you review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit to understand the data collection and practices of those third-parties.

  • Third-party service providers that support our business, including companies that help with our marketing efforts, analytics providers, advertising networks and cooperatives, third-parties that share information with us about the different devices you use online, and other third-parties that we collaborate or work with.


We collect personal information using automated technologies.

Personal information is also collected through automated technologies and shared with us when you visit our Website, open emails from us, or click on one of our advertisements. 
We may automatically create website log files, which are created when you access our Website. In addition, automated data collection technologies – such as cookies, beacons, tags, software development kits (SDK), and scripts – are used by us to analyze trends, administer the Website, and track movements around the Website. We, and our third-party service providers, also use these technologies to gather demographic information about individuals accessing the Website as individuals and in the aggregate.

We may combine information and personal information you provide with other information about you. We also may use third party service providers or business partners to provide any of the activities that we may provide under this Policy. 
Other than as described in this Policy, in general personal information is not shared with third parties for third party commercial purposes, other than to our affiliates and business partners.

Information that does not constitute personal information can be used for any purpose, including the purposes described above and otherwise in this Policy.


We have taken commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information that is provided through the Website. Nevertheless, no transmission of information is perfectly secure, and we cannot ensure that the measures we have taken will be sufficient to protect your personal information. In addition, the measures we have taken are not designed for sensitive personal information, so please do not submit such information through the Website.


Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah each provide their state residents with rights to:

  • Confirm whether we process their personal information.

  • Access and delete certain personal information.

  • Data portability.

  • Opt-out of personal data processing for targeted advertising and sales.

  • Correct inaccuracies in their personal information, taking into account the information's nature processing purpose.

Your Right to Know and Delete 
You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal data over the past 12 months. Once we receive and validate your request, we will include a list of your personal data that may have been disclosed and the categories of third parties the information may have been disclosed to.  
You may request that we delete any of your personal data that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will review your request. We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is proper and necessary or if an exception allowing us to retain the information applies. 
If your request is approved, we will delete or deidentify the relevant information and will direct our service providers to take similar action.
Exercising Your Rights to Know, Delete or Correct
To exercise your rights to know or delete described above, please submit a request by emailing us at Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request to know or delete related to your personal data. You may only submit a request to know twice within a 12-month period. We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt, unless we require an extension. If we reasonably require an extension we will inform you of the reason and extension period.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
California’s Shine the Light Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Website that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of the information you provide through the Website to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not sell personal information, and in the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold personal information. Please note that some US state statutes may define a “sale” to include sharing of personal information with third-parties for valuable consideration, and arrangements with online advertising networks and analytics companies may potentially be considered sales under these definitions.



The Website is not directed or intended towards, nor do we knowingly collect or retain any personal information about, any individual under 13 years of age.  If you are under 13 years of age, do not use or provide any information on the Website or make any purchases through the Website. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we will securely delete such information from our systems upon being requested to do so by a parent or legal guardian.  To the extent permitted by law, we may, however, retain personal information about an individual that is less than 13 years of age where: (i) such individual has purchased a product through the Website and cancels such purchase and whereby we must retrieve the underlying product sold to such individual; (ii) such personal information is relevant to litigation or potential litigation; (iii) such individual has undertaken any wrongful conduct or conduct that is otherwise actionable in regards to the exercise by EnduraFlood or its affiliates of any remedy available to them; and/or (iv) such retention is reasonable and otherwise permitted under applicable laws.
