Does anyone what to do with doors? Why was I asked about number of doors?

In the estimator there was a question about the number of doors. I put in 8 doors because we have quite a few, but I am not sure what the meaning of this question was. I just went along. Before I get my order can someone advise what the meaning of this question was? Thank you in advance!
