Butting against concrete block walls

I live on the Gulf in FL in an AE zone. My first floor is concrete block with flood vents. I would like to use Enduraflood for interior walls and butt the panels against the block walls, then paint the block walls.
Should I use a corner piece at the end against the block walls to create a finished look?
