Is there a recommended practice to simply the reassembly of the panels, corners and trim following a flooding event? Without that, wouldn't pieces get confused and become a mess trying to put everything back to where it was?

I would label the panel in this order from Left to Right in each room.
To Put back the assembly after a flood, Install Vertical, then panel, then vertical, panel, Finally Base 1,2,3,4.....
(1) Room Id, (2)Vertical Trim label as A,B,C... (3) Panel ID..1,2,3,4... Wall Base ID..1,2,3,4,,.
"Bedrm, A-1-B-2-C-3...."
Wall base label Room ID..Bed-mtr, 1,2,3,....
I labeled each panel by number (Panel #1 goes in first), location (Ex. between front door and garage door) and side of the room (Ex. east or west), and the TOP end is marked. Every vertical piece is marked to indicate neighboring panels (Ex. between Panel #1 and Panel #2) and the TOP end is marked. Chair rails are marked to indicate the panels below (Ex. above Panels #1, #2, and #3), location (Ex. between front door and garage door) and side of the room (Ex. east or west) Everything goes together easily when it's labeled.
I just placed my order. Thanks for the heads up! Makes sense to mark the back of the boards. Looking to put this in throughout the house so it may be difficult to put the board back without a marker. They should make this part of the instructions I think unless I am missing something!
