Not sure I can help with the dips in the flooring. You can caulk up small gaps as long as you and your customer realize that you would have to cut the caulk line when opening the wall. Most importantly the studs dont have to line up with the panels. You can see in many of the install videos how they have the board oftentimes end inbetween studs, and thats perfectly ok in my observation. Maybe there are some instances where you want to add a stud I am sure but not always. Good luck with that contract!
Hello Dan, I have a tough customer. His wall are not level, floor has dips, missing studs that don't line up with the 48" long panels, and bad drywall. What can I put in my contract that will protect me from doing wall fixes before we install the panels?
Welcome Dan! We are mostly in basements up here, fighting ground water, foundation wall cracks, failed sump pumps and the like. Must be like whole different thing you are wrestling with in your area. Wishing you all the best!
Welcome to the club Dan! Sounds like you are going to be busy!
