The EnduraFlood RAILI-HOLD/12 is a heavy-duty fastening clip designed to secure ENDU-BOARD panels within the EnduraFlood waterproof wall system. Engineered as part of a non-gypsum waterproof drywall replacement system, RAILI-HOLD/12 clips help provide a dependable connection point between panels and framing — while supporting the system’s ability to endure water exposure and enable post-flood inspection and recovery when needed.
EnduraFlood is engineered to perform where traditional drywall fails. Unlike gypsum board, which deteriorates when wet and requires demolition after water events, the EnduraFlood system uses waterproof materials that don’t crumble or lose structural integrity. RAILI-HOLD/12 plays a key role in maintaining panel stability within that system.

How It Works
RAILI-HOLD/12 clips are used during panel installation to lock ENDU-BOARD panels into place. Once fastened into framing members, the clips help keep panels stable under normal use while still allowing for efficient removal if water exposure demands inspection and drying. This mechanism supports EnduraFlood’s system-wide philosophy: protect the space, then recover cleanly — not demolish.
EnduraFlood RAILI-HOLD/12 is a mounting trim for the vertical separation between 1/2" drywall above, and ENDU-BOARD panels below. RAILI-HOLD/12 can also be used with common 0.42" cement boards. RAILI-HOLD/12 is used as a base onto which trim CHAIR-RAIL/A or similar decorative chair rail trims are clipped.

EnduraFlood RAILI-HOLD/12, 95" long
RAILI-HOLD/12 is stapled to wooden studs with a common staple gun, using 3/8" crown staples of 3/8" length. Once mounted, ENDU-BOARD panels are napped into place from underneath. Common 0.42" cement boards can also be used.
CHAIR-RAIL/A is snapped in behind RAILI-HOLD/12 for a snug fit. The ENDURA-BOARD or cement board panels can be removed and reused if needed in the future.
