Exactly how high off the floor is the 36” panel with baseboard and chair rail ? I want my drywall guys to give me the exact amount of space when they install the upper sheets

They make it all way more complicated by naming every possible combination as a different product and then painting them different colors They all come in white and they’re all either 3x3, 3x4, or 4x4 in 2 different styles, plain board or routered like wainscoting
