We caulked the chairrail to the sheetrock above which is not shown in the installation videos but we thought it makes a nicer finish and after i treated it our seemed like the boards come off easily enough. In case there is any issue in the future i think it’s easy enough to cut the seam open with a razor blade. Used a magic marker to mark the panels!

ya know one thing that is essy to forget when they talk about replacing Sheetrock at the bottom is how they have to repaint the whole wall. Like all the mess with the dust and wet Sheetrock and the constant in and out are not enough… When this nightmare is done all the photos come off the wall, the TV and everything. Then you have another crew in the house for days painting all the walls because just painting the bottom would never blend in. I think for our house the painting alone would cost thousands! I think your photos really show this well, the panels are off but the photos are still on the wall! I think that alone is brilliant. 🙏

I have a old and simple Craftsman table saw and and a simple miter saw. Put new blades on for this project and figured i take blades with lots of teeth. Not sure if you call these something special. All went well. For some trim items you probably have to cut slower than you would cut wood so that the pace doesn’t shatter. Someone told me later to turn the blade around so the teeth are backwards. Too late for me to try but does anyone else know about this? I am curious for the future. Thanks!

It doesn’t say it but you should also count closet doors and maybe concrete columns like this that you don’t cover with endu. Definitely watch the video it will make it clear most likely!

Sounds like you are on your way to patent something! Send photos when done please. We used styrofoam boards in another house. I personally cant stand the sound that they make and when you cut them you keep having those little pesky balls everywhere. But once installed, they are easy to remove !

Looks like in our house right now. Took about 45 minutes total to remove the boars. Still drying. Washing off the boards took a bit longer . Probably back in about Wednesday

All panels are white. They can very easily be painted. We used the Home depot paint that they showed at the bottom of the suite description. I forgot the name but the gentleman at the paint desk was able to look it up. Took about two weeks to get to us in florida though i am not sure about Maine. Good luck!

We were told by the factory that they usually ship within 2 to 3 days after they received the order. Our first one took about four days to ship. Then about one week to get to us in Florida hope this helps.
