Hi, I am in Vermont and we were flooded twice in 2 years, last one being 1 month ago. Anticipating more flooding, this system seems to be exactly what we need. We had a company cut the drywall back 28 inches already. What is the exact height we should cut if we want to get the 33 inch panels? I thought I read somewhere that you install a few inches higher than the floor? Can someone clarify that for me?
