Shipping can be a bit confusing as it seems to depend on what exactly it is what you are buying and your ship-to location. We have not found a general rule that seems to apply. Its added all the way at the end during the check out process. In speaking with our rep at the factory, it seems the company is aware that there is room for improvent on how to display this info and maybe one day there will be a better way to find out. Brett
