Should each panel be assigned a number for reassembly?

With all respect, have you actually gone through the process and by process I mean remove an existing installed Endura Flood system, treat and dry the wood framing, clean the panels and all small parts and then reinstall? I sincerely am not trying to overthink this but I've flooded 3 times and have experienced the mess. Removing wet drywall and having an open work area for an intial install of Endura Flood sounds much simpler than a removal and reinstal of an existing system due to all the peices. I'm not as concerned about the panels which are large and like you said could be stood upright. I'm more concerned about the many smaller peices of baseboard, trim, etc. that each need to be cleaned and could get mixed up. Once again, I'm not being snarky when I ask the question: Have you actually done this once or hopefully mutiple times? I would enjoy hearing how you do this. I sincerely want to believe you that it's no big deal! Lol!
